Thank you Christ and Mother Mary.
It's okay to hurt and think about SUICIDE. It's okay to just sit with it and feel it. The more you engage the demons in your head the more they argue back. Kinda like Trump. Just sit with the pain and sorrow. Christ is with me. And my Guardian Angel who has tattoos.
